Return Policy
We do not provide refunds. We exchange only within 10 days from the date shipment is received. You may exchange for another item or store credit. You must email customerservice@dqmnewyork.com within 2 days of receipt of shipment for any problems with merchandise and/ or if you wish to exchange the item, before you return the item. Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached, in their original packaging, with the original packing slip. Items to be exchanged must be shipped in an appropriate mailing box or package, and mailed via a reputable shipping service that includes tracking. Shoes must be returned in their original box shipped within a larger shipping box; original shoe boxes that are damaged or have postal labels attached to them will not be accepted for exchange. For all returned items, you will not be refunded the original cost of shipping, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Items may not be returned/ exchanged in person at the DQM store in New York at this time. Please note SALE ITEMS or items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note we are not responsible for customers ordering incorrect or mistaken sizes or for orders placed by children using their parents’ credit cards without their parent’s permission and we are very sorry but cannot provide refunds or shipping related costs for these orders.
